 @clever steppe Have a non-technical question, account issue, or need one-on-one support?
We wish we could help, but this community is focused on developers and technical discussions. Our support team will be able to assist you better than we can: https://support.stripe.com/contact

I understand that I AM a developer, we are about to launch a MAJOR campaign we spent thousands of dollars are and are unable to go LIVE because our account has been locked out for "Security Issues". We are still able to accept payments but can't access our dashboard or API keys causing a massive dev issue. PLEASE, I know you guys have a way to reach a manager or something. I normally wouldn't bother on the DEV page but this is URGENT. Look up our company name. we are not a small company we process in 6 figure volumes.

I can't do much. DM me your account id and I'll flag internally, that's all I can do

clever steppe

that one?

green estuary

you just linked your personal email on a public server that anyone can see

If you could just forward it so management or someone to take a quick look at, we just dont want our campaign to fail because we're on sandbox keys and cant access the LIVE ones.

Yeah I can imagine, unfortunately it's not something I can solve myself. But I escalated to the support team and they'll do their best to help
