I have had a Test account for about 1.25 years without ever linking a Bank Account to it

So it's not a requirement

#

You will get some angry warning messages when you're filling out the forms but you can exit out of the Onboarding and skip that part

#

Then log into your Dashboard, grab your API keys, and start developing.
