Already reached out with the team (livechat, and the guy didn't knew shit and just threw links from documentation)

Yeah I only see the closed one too. It may just be how that particular bank handled it, but I'm not sure. Would need someone from the support team to investigate. I would write in via email here: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email and push saying you only got the closed event and you should have received the created event

I should be able to fight back the chargeback (this is already possible if you have Klarna directly connected with your store).
