You should get charge.dispute.created
Closed is for when the dispute is won/lost: https://stripe.com/docs/api/events/types#event_types-charge.dispute.closed
So a total of 2 webhooks?
Since i only got the charge.dispute.closed
and nothing else

Yeah I only see the closed one too. It may just be how that particular bank handled it, but I'm not sure. Would need someone from the support team to investigate. I would write in via email here: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email and push saying you only got the closed event and you should have received the created event
