Hi 👋 I believe this is happening because metered prices bill at the end of billing periods rather than at the beginning like our other prices, so the first Invoice for this Subscription will be $0.

If you want to charge the flat fee up front, and then the usage fee at the end of the billing period, then instead of putting a flat fee on your metered price you'll want to use another recurring $100 price for the flat fee portion.
