Hi, when you say 'link' what link are you referring to? Can you share the request id when this happens? Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

by 'link' I mean I go to "Payments", then "payment links" then "Create payment"

I created a payment link there and I sent it to users (asking them to enter the same email that they signed up on our website with)

In short, my question is - how do I create a link that would open stripe for them in the same way as if they clicked 'Subscribe" on our pricing page
