This will depend on how you create charges as far as I can tell. Radar is enforced at the Charge level, so if you have Express accounts, they should be covered under your Radar rules, since you are facilitating payments for them.

Yes so I have a restaurant that is experiencing accounts creating orders online and then being marked as fraudelent by the owner and disputing them. One scenario included 2 men picked up the food, and a older lady called the restaurant saying she didn't make an order.
I was thinking of offering them the choice of turning on the option to screen transaction for every transaction performed on their e-commerce or mobile app.
From my understanding it seems there is a 5 cent fee for screen transactions.
Ahhh, okay. I don't think that is possible for Express accounts, since the charges are created on your platform and then the amount is transferred to the Express account, so Radar is going to evenly affect all charges for all Connect accounts if enabled.
