When I try to find solutions of this problem on YouTube and Google they say I'll need GST number and I need to have a company to start receiving international payments, is it true? Or can I receive payment from international customers even after being an individual buiseness owner.

Not seeing any specific payment failures on that account. But if it's issues specific to international payments, then you should follow the steps here as an Indian merchant: https://stripe.com/docs/india-accept-international-payments

At the moment, we only support non-INR presentment by registered Indian businesses (that is, sole proprietorships, limited liability partnerships and companies, but not individuals) up to a maximum of 10,000 USD per transaction, which is a regulatory limit. In addition, a valid Importer Exporter Code (IEC) is mandatory if you sell physical goods, but is optional if you sell services, as long as you’re not taking any benefits under India’s Foreign Trade Policy.
