Okay thank you. I’ll reach out. Ya I’m curious if they take it from the customer’s Connect account or like my company’s “parent” account. Like maybe we have to pay our parent account from the customer account

we take it from your own platform Stripe account, as a sum of all the Connect fees across all your connected accounts, once a month

Okay. So if we want the Connect account to take the 1% hit instead of our account how do we do that? We transfer the fee amount from their Connect account to our account?

you can't really do that

#

Usually you count this into your own platform fee that you charge that account yourself, or by taking a portion of their sale to cover this
