In that case you, as the platform, can configure the number of days to delay the payment. However, I don't have information on exactly how quickly accounts can receive payouts for Mexico specifically. For that information you would need to reach out to Support (https://support.stripe.com).

Again, I have configured the connected accounts so that they can receive their daily payments to their external accounts, but there is a delay_days property that delays the payments by 7 days.

I think you will need to check with support as this delay may be due to banking regulations in Mexico that I do not know anything about.
