for example:
i get a checkout link from a website for $10
https://checkout.stripe.com/c/pay/cs_live_a1....
i send a different link to my customers
where i charge them $15 instead of $10.
and $10 goes to the first checkout link and remaining $5 to my stripe account ?

Are you affiliated with the website that you're trying to split the payment with? It sounds like what you're looking for is Stripe Connect: https://stripe.com/en-gb-us/connect

Yeah unless you have a connect integration with the other stripe account, things like splitting payment aren't possible

basically there is service provider, who is offering good prices for the service. I am trying to sell it to my customer, by keeping my cut in between
they only accept stripe and alipay.
