I tried that...4 times now
Tried this too. Didn't recognize the card but my paypal statement says otherwise
That may not be a Stripe-facilitated payment then, you can reach out to Paypal for information about that, or otherwise contact your bank. Unfortunately I can't help with that in any more detail.
But as I said you should try contacting the business first to have them honour their refund policy.

It'd be super helpful if your site offered some kinda support besides this and without requiring someone to sign up.
You can also use https://support.stripe.com/contact/email or email support@stripe.com if you cannot log in, but we won't be able to provide any assistance if this payment did not use Stripe (that's unclear) but if you believe it did and the charge lookup is not showing you details then please contact support there
