Is there a way to just see the dashboard though? Are there no videos or anything?

I don't understand what capabilities the seller can have if I give them a standard account. Are they able to just charge freely?

I want to create a flow similar to marketplace platform. Someone pays for a service, I take a small cut to cover the transaction costs and then the rest goes out to seller/provider. I want them to just be able to payout and that's it

And also, for the onboarding, I don't want the seller/provider to select individual/company or details like that

For Standard account, the user will have full access to the dashboard like how you see it in your dashboard.

Capability configuration is only for Express and Custom connected account

For instance, I know that all Accounts are supposed to be individual independent contractors, so I can prefill. It seems like too much for someone who might be younger and not know what to put in there. Also, is there a way to disable the website input, I don't need to a collect a website/description.

You may pre-fill the information, so that Stripe won't collect them again. However, it's not possible to disable the input if the data is not collected as those information are the requirements to create a connected account
