Hey there, I can confirm that request took more than 3secs. But looking in wider range for other merchants as well, 3 secs is kinda not that rare. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it depends on our system workload timingly

My backend calculate 990/1300 request to create stripe payment intent are more than 2,5 seconds. Do I have any solution to improve my UX?

It's largely depends on region, the used payment methods and a lot of internal factors. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you
