Thank you. The shop is https://www.just-normlicht.com/en/productprogram.html
Should I build a proof-of-concept or what is the best way to ask for assistance?
I don't really understand what you mean
I need a clear example of a transaction. I can't just buy on your website
Sorry, I did not understand what "clear example" meant. I will lookup a transaction ID in the dashboard.
Just give me two more minutes (sorry if I sound stupid here, never used Discord before)
OK.
Example pi_3M6uOzCsa4fln2cQ0Rvri339 was entered a wrong CVC but the bank confirmed that the card was successfully charged.
Example pi_3M6wCtCsa4fln2cQ1H1JmsPO was entered wrong expiration date 03/2023 (correct one: 03/2024) and also charged.
Is this the information you want to have? Or can I contribute any other information.
Thank you very much for your help. Highly appreachiated.
The bank is the one deciding whether to approve or decline a payment. So for both they knew the information was wrong and they still approved it.
For the CVC part, there's a setting in your Dashboard to block payments that fail the CVC check
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar/rules on that page you can tweak the settings to automatically block payments that have a bad CVC
Thank you! In the documentation I found no rule/attribute to also let Stripe block invalid expiration dates.
Is this correct?
correct there is none. Banks never tell us if the expiration is correct or not. They just decide whether to block the payment or not
Perfect! Thanks again. and bye bye 🙂
