looking for info on how customers can manage their own accounts directly via Stripe. There are upgrades/downgrade options, etc?
What do you mean by "manage their own accounts" and upgrades/downgrades? do you mean like subscriptions ?
Also - wondering what the time delay is between when something posts on a subscription management platform (PayKickstart) and then Stripe...
Here we don't know much about PayKickstart. probably you should ask their support for this and how are they integrating Stripe .

Not sure I'm understanding you. But is you want to give your customer to manage their subscription they can use Stripe Customer Portal:

And yes - we run an e-learning platform. Students buy either on a monthly or yearly basis. We want to give them the ability to check their account details, upgrade/downgrade cancel, etc.
