hi! let me have a look

#

ah it's because you're using Connect and unfortunately that requires the beta to be applied in a certain way which wasn't done(to be able to call a beta API endpoint on behalf of a connected account). Right now it would only work if you make the requests directly on your own platform account

#

you should reach out to whoever helped you get into the beta and tell them they need to "gate your platform to make Connect requests".

Excellent. Many thanks for sorting it so quickly. I wil ask them now.

#

If they gate my platform, do I still need them to do this on my three accounts. I have the following accounts: Live, Test, Connect (where my app runs from). All three have been gated, but not for making connect calls.

it would have to be done for each platform

#

to be clear, you generally have one Stripe account asa platform, with multiple connected accounts

#

we can gate your platform so it can make requests itself, and can make requests on any connected account under it(existing now or in future, the individual connected accounts don't need any action) but if you have multiple platform they need to be gated/onboarded separately

Yes, so one of my accounts is where the platform is housed. Then I use it with my test account to test it out. So is it just the account where my app is that needs to be gated for connect?

#

Ah, so if you gate my account that houses the app, does that mean that anyone that uses it can then use the Stripe Terminal functionality, regardless of which country they are in?

whomever you're working with on the beta access can help

basically you want your T**s Tr** Limited account to get gated for Connect access, not your 'My Test Company Limited' account
