I need to have the payout structure shown in pic using Stripe Connect. Here the Connected Account will be our service providers' Stripe account.
Now, if the service provider is already have the Stripe account, will it be required to Create Connected Account or directly link that existing account with Platform Account ?

The spec shared has mentioned to create new account though.

I have 2 use-cases :

Service providers having Stripe accounts but not linked with Platform Account
Service providers have no Stripe account

When customer is charged, the payment should go in Connected Account and some cut of it should transfer in Platform Account.
Can you please guide how can I achieve this ?

the guide covers that exactly, it covers how you create a payment where most of the money stays with the connected account and the platform gets some of it transferred.
