yes, we have updated the stripe module on our Magento to, and the last 7 days, the error rate on ourt webhook is 98%

We can create payments, but all response to the webhook got 400 error. I talked with our hosting, and all things are good, and they tested it, and there is access

We don't actually have a lot of knowledge on the different plugins in this channel. The best way is to contact https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true they might be able to get you your answer

But this have been an issue for a week, when I talk to support, they say its a hosting problem, and my hosting says that is stripe that gives issues.

I'm not aware of that, we at this channel only help with API integration with Stripe, we're not familiar with Plugins (official or not)
