Generally yes but I can look into it a bit more if you share the request ID that triggered this response.
Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

The weird thing is that this person has already bought on other stripe account with this same credit card so it should work
And is not only with this person
That is absolutely no guarantee though, a bank can change their mind
No. It continues to pay other supplier since stripe, even today. With this same card. This is a very well known bank that works. I have even received payments from this same bank by other people
That payment intent has no charges and was canceled
Yeah well I don't want it to be cancelled. It makes me lose money and customers. Plus the poor customer service at stripe doesn't help me at all and the bank says it's a stripe failure.
Okay I understand that. But there is nothing in the logs of this payment intent that says why it was canceled.
Wait
No it's just too old
Nothing happened with this for 24 hours.
A user navigated to the Checkout screen, did not complete it, and it expired
The guy tried to pay and he gets this error during the payment and no notification from his bank, no decline
Are you sure that occurred on this payment intent? https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_mrCBF0MQzCHkqb
Yes, man... Im sure
Okay well I cannot find any record of a card decline associated with that Payment Intent.
I got this with lot of person
Just saw logs..
From different bank, people..
req_rKO5920CoVYFjF for exemple
or
req_CsBI6ZOEqCfiDi
Looking
What does this mean?
It is why I couldn't find it with the Payment Intent. It had nothing to do with it
I've had other stripe accounts I've never had this
If u want other ID I have 😅 req_LF8KbixkM4CKMW
I would like you to help me find the solution or the request I could make to avoid this, it makes me lose a lot of payment
I'm sorry you'll have to reach out to Support for help with this. It's not something related to the APIs (which is what we can help with here).

I know
Mate
But they don't help me and never understand my problem
Except that it prevents me from making many payments
They don't care about me and don't answer my questions and tell me it's a bank problem, but no
Maybe I need to do another account
I am finding the same generic decline codes
What does that mean?
I can't speak to that. I'm focused on the APIs and not the underlying rules behind their responses. This is why I am encouraging you to reach out to Support
