I am not able to copy secret key

yep, the keys can only be viewed once for security reasons

the first time you look at it we tell you that, and to make sure you save/note the key since you won't be able to get it again. So at this point, your only option is to create a new key (the button in the top left of your screenshot)

I click on create new but it show unable to create new key
