We'd need a lot more details unfortunately. What integration do you have for subscription? i.e. do you use Stripe checkout or something else?

stripe checkout is being used
user is getting invalid sort code by the looks of a very bad screenshot lol
but they are sure the sort code is correct
was wondering if it could be anything else

in the log i get a checkout session expired even tho it shouldnt have expired, this was the same time they tried to hit subscribe
does anyting look wrong with that ?
Nothing immediately looks wrong with that Checkout Session, it should be able to do this properly. Like my colleague hanzo said, reaching out to our support team will be the best next step here
