Is there an API to auto-refund in case of a cancellation? Or we have to make the refund manual ?
What is 'cancellation' in this context?
The pre-authorized payment how long can it stay in this mode? And after that time what happens? Rejected or Captured?
'It depends'. Generally ~7 days. We will automatically release/refund the authorisation if not captured within that timespan.
