What scenarios are you specifically talking about? As far as I know there's no way to directly integrate stripe chat support into your own app, but I'm not fully understanding why you need this
Basically what would be the recommended process of customer negotiating a lower processing fee as I'm sure Stripe would be happy to obtain a 12m a year customer as much as I would.
Should my app link customer to an email? Link to stripe support? Is there a form he can fill for lower rates?
