I have problem in the account provider

It’s showing that it’s active

Wix owns and maintains their integration with Stripe, so if you believe there is a technical problem with that integration then Wix is the correct group to work with.

It’s not active to the customer to pay

In payement by card we add our bank account witch is personal bank account, it’s showing that the bank account is active on , but when you go to pay by card it’s showing transaction declined

Yes , may be documents needed regarding the bank account to activate it for to be ready for payement
