I have problem in the account provider
It’s showing that it’s active
But
When we checked with wix they said that we have may be some missing document or the account is blocked
I want to know what is the issue
The account provider that we registered is personal account , is there any problem if personal??
Please I want you to open accept payement to check the documents
And tell me where is the problem

It’s not active to the customer to pay

In payement by card we add our bank account witch is personal bank account, it’s showing that the bank account is active on , but when you go to pay by card it’s showing transaction declined

Yes , may be documents needed regarding the bank account to activate it for to be ready for payement
