I think we'll have to make adjustments for 3D secure in terms of the checkout flow, but in terms of accepting other currencies and international cards we should be good on that front, right?

Yep overall you are good and don't really need to change anything except for the presentment currency.

If you are using PaymentIntents with Payment Sheet or Card Form then 3DS is also already handled for you
