The terminal is showing up, but the Status reads as offline.

that's probably all the basic troubleshooting i can do with you at this point. You're going to need to reach out to the plugin developer for more troubleshooting steps. Ultimately, they're the one who implemented their integration and we (at Stripe) don't have any visibility as to how their integration works i'm afraid

I had my doubts about the BBPOS WisePad™ 3 and thought the BBPOS WisePOS E would be more appropriate.
