hello! you would want to reach out to the plugin developer if you're attempting to connect a Stripe Terminal with WooCommerce and having issues doing so
you would probably at the very least, need to activate your Stripe account
The terminal is showing up, but the Status reads as offline.
Stripe has been activate for over a year now. We just bought a terminal .
which Stripe terminal are you using? wisepos e? verifone 400? m2 reader?

Using the phone app to capture a payment, via the reader.
that's probably all the basic troubleshooting i can do with you at this point. You're going to need to reach out to the plugin developer for more troubleshooting steps. Ultimately, they're the one who implemented their integration and we (at Stripe) don't have any visibility as to how their integration works i'm afraid
