Sorry -- the requests haven't been logged in Stripe. These are normally delivered for us in a batch every morning, but it's been delayed today. https://dashboard.stripe.com/events?type=issuing_transaction.created

Ah, I see. Unfortunately I'm flying blind here then. There haven't been any reported incidents of delays for these webhooks on our end

Hi there. Unfortunately there's not much I can share beyond there was an incident there. They've since been remediated
We are missing issuing_transaction.created webhooks for authorization over 24hrs. Why is this?

The evt_123 IDs of the issuing_transaction.created events you are talking about here
There is not transactions created since last 24hrs. So no events
As in there were no transactions that would create those events? Or there were transactions and you didn't get the events for them?
