We reocrd those in our DB as well. We see the same behavior in the DB
But no, we did not call Stripe API to verify yet

Do you have the account ID? You mentioned atob-fleet but that's not the ID - it should be of the form "acct_xxx"

Quick question - are you looking for events between September 6th and September 8th, or are you looking for events from June 9th through August 9th?

Ah, I misread your initial question - I thought you meant 9/6 through 9/8, not those two dates separately

Ah! I think I found the culprit here - so yes, it does look like there were two separate incidents (one on 9/6 and one on 9/8) that caused a delay in Issuing Transaction creation. Both should now be fully resolved, but if you continue to see issues you should let us know
