also I tried with Merchant ID and when I log in it doesn't let me create certificate

If you're trying to use Apple Pay + Stripe + Shopify you need to use Shopify's documentation/procedure. The info in the Stripe docs does not apply, as Shopify has a custom Apple Pay implementation.

You would need to reach out to Shopify for help in that case. We can only help with the Stripe side of things here, and Shopify controls the part you're asking about. Have you reached out to their support?

I'm not sure why that would be the case, but I also don't have visibility into what's happening on Shopify's side. Could be they had a temporary issue or something. Just guessing. 🙂
