We have some options in Dashboard
Its "Send reminders if a recurring invoice hasn't been paid"
we want to send the invoice using stripe invoicing, after 7 days send a remember to pay email, and after 30 days when it is due send an email payment is over
We don't have a configuration based on the day sent, we only have some options based on the due date. The option "When it is due" above should solve your 2nd requirement. But the first one you may need to send an email by your own logic
