what do you mean by

stripe could provide us like special design?

and I don't know how much it would cost, you would have to look into working with a developer to integrate Stripe

Well, I understood that this is something that s not available into the products (invoicing and billing) that we need to considering with another developer right?

I meant to say - it is not something by default in Stripe Invoicing. But using the Stripe API, you could integrate with Invoicing such that you send Invoices to one, or many customers based on your requirements of 1) and 2)
