Unfortunately, no. You'd have to recollect the payment method and attach it to a different customer.

For Eg:-
Cust 1----------->card_xxxxx
Cust2----------->card_yyyyy

I can't move card_yyyyy to Cust1, instead can I make Cust3 and move those 2 cards under Cust3. Is that possible?

How exactly are you creating card objects at the moment?

There are few cards added earlier and those are saved as card_, but now we are using setupIntent

We need to move those old cards from that customer to newly created ones

Once a card is attached to a customer, you can't copy it to a different customer. That's not supported.
