Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ Woocommerce built and maintains their Stripe integration, we are not familiar with how it was built or functions. The Woocommerce team that maintains that integration will be better suited to tell you which of our capabilities they built into their flows.

Sorry, but that's not something I know. Radar is more about protecting you though, as far I understand. I'm not familiar with scenarios that would result in a Stripe account's balance being frozen, that is something our support team would be more familiar with.
