In my platform this functionlity is given that after canceling subscription If user comes to reactivate then I create new subscription

but the first invoice on a subscription is not finalized before an hour of its creation time if it has an amount > 0
But that did not happen with me first time
first time when I am creating subscription invoice is getting generated with status paid...
this happens if the amount is 0
but how come amount is 0

if I can resume:
You create a subscription using a test Clock which it's time is 11/2/22, 1:35 PM, a draft invoice is created, Stripe waits 1 hour before finalizing the invoice, if you go to the invoice page (https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/invoices/in_1LY5NzSJsXH2azWQN7leX3d4), you'll see that the invoice will be finalized and charged at 11/2/22, 2:35 PM
So you need to advance the test clock one hour so that the invoice will be finalized, after that you can test recurring by advancing the test clock one month for exp
If test clock is not used and consider today is 11/2/2022 then also same thing will happen?

Yes, you can set up in https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
