This functionality works only for banks located in Australia, Canada, Europe (SEPA countries, which includes the UK), New Zealand, and the US.

Hello, hanzo had to step out and I am catching up. It looks like the auto-debit failed and there is a scheduled retry. Looking in to if manually triggering it in the meantime is the way forward here

Unfortunately I am having trouble finding info on this myself. As far as I can tell you should be fine making a debit manually before the retry but that is a bit out of the scope on what I can advise on.
