For Amitoi expeditions - while actively playing send out on 1hr expeditions. Because it is rng based, by maxing out the number of “rolls”this will increase the average amount of mats gained. Hitting a mob and backing away is a strategy to try and lure enemies away from the pack to pick them off 1-2 at a time instead of a whole pack at once.

Works in dungeons where enemies don’t respawn

I’ll try and do better at explaining things going forwards. Will look at the in-game chat features cuz would be better to communicate thru voice instead of trying to type during everything.

The game is telling me to switch to tank tho. I got the Karnix’s Sword&Shield from that dungeon run and got T2 Broadsword of the Juggernaught greatsword from a pouch yesterday.

Let's just say the 1-50 leveling part is a slow burn. It's like a huge introduction for the 4 xpac that comes after, but it's really worth it because the xpac are some of the best story written i've seen in mmos.

And usually it's after lvl 60 that your dps/tank/heal cycle really becomes interesting.

The nice part is, the extended free trial is up to lvl 70. So you basically don't need to invest anything until reaching this point. And after that it's up to you.

Couple tips for the day:

• for gear that drops, use trait extract stones to yoink either good traits you will want on your own gear for yourself or valuable traits to try and sell in auction house.

Eg; I have a piece of gear with max hp trait. I can use a max hp trait I extracted from any other piece of gear to buff that up. Traits used from green gear have a 10% chance of buffing but also have a pity counter if it fails. Traits from blue/purple gear work 100%.

If I want to add another trait slot I have to have another piece of the same exact gear with a different trait to use to unlock it.

• put any blue/purple unwanted gear w/ booboo traits into the material transmutation to gain points to use for making purple gear.

Right now we can only craft up to base purple gear through transmutation, but Korea server can already craft up to Level 2 (also referred to as T2) gear so the rest of the regions may be able to soon as well.
