and some other things, but that's the main thing

core (confectance? derp translation) index is basically skill points in a sense

some stuff generates it depending on the char, other stuff spends it

I believe you get skill points by using skills.

For stability, once your char goes into 0, the only way you can replenish it is via Healer that can. Or Groza, other Tanks, etc.

So try not to get hit.

Supports like Colphne can do Support Attacks before your DPS attacks, make sure to use that to burn the enemy Stab to 0 before your DPS shoots.
