atk/dendro/crit <-- this is collei's standard build for quicken,, you can switch to an EM sands but the dmg vs atk% sands is barely different

4x gilded dreams
EM/EM/EM <-- sub dps for bloom and burning

it depends on what team you're putting collei on tbh

whether she's a support or sub dps
the most important part is having more than 200% ER to always get her burst off cd (her main source of dmg)
