Buyer hotfix made it worse

I wasn't having many issues with pleasing buyers before the update but now several of them seem either impossible to please or they're giving me conflicting loves and hates. mr bylowe tells me the house is too clean even if i don't touch it after buying and it's one of the completely delapidated buldings. im trying to do melody currently and she said the furniture is affordable (love) but also it's too expensive (hate) 😐 i only used brands she liked besides a couple of items.
also nitpick but it says no where she wants a guest bedroom on her info until i tried to sell to her and i don't have space for one in the house i chose.

Adjustments weren’t made to Melody. It’s possible to have mixed comments about expensive and affordable furniture but I can appreciate how this can come across as unclear. Getting buyers to be Impressed is supposed to be a challenging task - I have passed your feedback on about it to the team responsible though! We’re always listening to what players think, especially feedback on the new buyer rework
