I would not consider this a suggestion or even constructive feedback. If you are having issues with your game, you can contact support so they can help you.

There are issues that the team is aware of and working on fixing. Those issues can take time to resolve, may need further testing and might be fixed with upcoming updates.

I strongly suggest others not to engage in threats, condescending behaviors and others of the sort. People are entitled to their opinion, even if don't agree with it. This thread will be heavily monitored to avoid conflict.

Where are the threats? Where is the condescending behaviour? All I have done is contact support and they have done nothing. Nothing about it, the creators are clearly to focused on the dlcs right now to actually fix the game.

That is called constructive criticism. You’re also monitoring me to avoid conflict? There isn’t any conflict first of all. If I’m actively putting in multiple submissions to the bug thingy in the game and contacting game support what else can I do? I out it in here because it says ‘suggestions-feedback’ meaning people can say “hey look, this does sometimes happen what you can do is this…” not say I’m being threatening or condescending.

I’m gonna leave it at this because trust and believe I’m not going to be told I’m acting a certain way I’m not. Nothing about what I out was condescending, threatening, hate speech, hurtful, harmful, hateful or offensive. It was purely me being very clearly annoyed with issues I have dealt with that are still not being sorted out. Plus I’m not the only one I have hear several people and seen several people have the same issues.

Yes I was a little OTT with my message and I could’ve toned it down. I’ll hold my hands up and say I was a little angry, but I wasn’t threatening, condescending or aggressive.

It’s all about the attitude and it doesn’t come across well. I think Cynnie’s statement about behaviours was just in general. It may not seem like it to you but text doesn’t always convey tone and everything but the anger does come across as aggressive. That said, you’re entitled to your frustrations. Just we’ve had incidents where things like this have fully devolved in to really unpleasant situations so she wanted to head that off now. I hope that clarifies!

You mentioned about tickets but do you mean you posted in the bug forum? Did you send in saves and logs with the full details of your issues to the Zendesk? If not, I highly encourage it; the link is here - https://houseflipper.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new
I’ll be honest with you, the Zendesk is always the best port of call for any significant issues as the support team are small and discord is not the highest priority. Things like this do need files to investigate so it’s best to use the ticket system I linked, especially when you seem to be experiencing so many issues in one game somehow. One of two bugs that generally don’t affect gameplay too much is pretty normal but if you’re experiencing so many significantly that your gameplay is significantly affected, it definitely warrants looking in to.
