Option to toggle pool rim

Since people tend to use the pool for a lot of things, not just backyard pools (gotta love the ingenious community!) it would be really handy to have a toggle for the rim of the pool. Toggling it on would be the pool like it is now, but toggling it off would be like placing water only, no land hole, no rim, no pushing stuff away etc. Perfect for creating aquariums, lakes, ponds and stuff like that!
