Just a quick update for all of you:
There is a few people that got 3 strikes and is left un-kicked. This is not because of the leaders slacking on managing. The reason of why they are not kicked is because we are not full and we still have 3-4 slots open. It is hard to get new members nowadays being a "not competitive" platoon. The leaders have made the decision, instead of kicking them instantly, we put them on a list, and when are full we needed more spots, they will be removed to create spots. The is done to prevent us kicking people and resulting in a net losing of members. Although these people might not do much for the guild, we would rather want a person who logins inconsistently than having a empty spot which would guarantee no benefit.

Trying to read through the textbook that is Yoohee's ability descriptions to understand how to use her when I borrow and kinda wondering what the general strat is for using her in a team and rotating through her abilities in Frontline.

What ive been able to decipher is her rotation is something like:
Ult: Yes
Skill 1 if have the extra CI
Skill 2 if need to cleanse

But, what do i choose when both skills up and don't have the extra CI, but also no need to cleanse. How do I choose which skill?

Also, is her healing enough to run a team without a dedicated healer?

rotation wise for yoohee depends on if she is the solo cleanser or not

there is a pin in the ask-gunsmoke channel that has the 3 different yoohee rotations depending on circumstance

I can confidently say that Long Range Precision buff (the 6+ tile dmg boost) is a dead buff for this boss.
The bear doesn't apply the debuff to your units to cleanse for the dmg boost and sticking out there kinda prevents you from grabbing the ammo buff too (maybe not, I just didnt have very mobile units i guess).

Also, i seem to recall Nemesis could cleanse enemy buffs, but I can't seem to find it in her ability text. Was i just imagining?

Cool, i was using Ult scaling, but wasn't sure.
Her attack skill can't crit and scales with defense and ult scales with hp so I was having trouble picking 3rd & 4th prio stats.
Also, prydwn switched Suomi to a generic phase strike, attackattackcritcrit just like 99% of their build guides with generic descriptions (ugh). So i figured yall would know better than them.

Pretty sure it's HP% > HP > ATK% > ATK for below V6 and HP% > HP > Crit for V6

the spreadsheets I usually reference for such stuff at least say so

that being said ATK% > ATK > Crit is a pretty good default for pretty much anyone as far as I can tell (except Suomi I guess, since she doesn't really crit)

Springfield is 100% HP first, cuz her main source of damage comes from the bird and the bird's attack is scaled by Springfield's HP

but don't worry your Hydro ATK%/ATK/CRIT/CRIT DMG is not wasted cuz you can slap them on Nikketa

Hydro/Elec weakness on it to match the Frontline buff.
Feels like there are more things to cleanse on it than Bear.
The allied buffs you get from friendly cleanse you do are affected by the number of allies within the attack.
Only 2 turns of x3 +dmg crates.
His counterattack damage feels higher.
I think his personal shield is weaker.

But in general, ball up to get more cleanseable debuffs, cleanse yourself for damage buff, cleanse his def buffs.
Same basic strat.

There is 2 stackble buffs you need to be mindful of:

Boss will target the closest and further away character and hit them, applies a neutral status where the main point is it INCREASES 10% ATK for that unit Per stack.
When your units gets hit by the telegraphed AoE everyone that is hit will get a debuff, if you cleanse that it will provide you 5% crit damage buff to all your units

#

For point number 1, when you are borrowing my Nikketa, you want to stack as much 10% buff on her as possible. There we have a strat called double stacking. If you position all your units on the same color grid space on the image above, everyone will be the same distance away from the boss, meaning they are all the furthest and closest. In this case, the boss will hit both hits on you BORROWED UNIT, which happens to be my Nikketa. Optimal stacking is 9 stacks on Nikketa by turn 7.

you may ask, why 9 stack? why don't I just stack all 12 stacks on Nikketa? Thats is because the AoE on point number 2.

#

For point number 2, since you get a stack of 5% crit damage per cleansed debuff, you want to get as much units hit as possible.
||With reference to point 1, it is not possible to maintain same distance from boss while getting units hit by this AoE, thus you can only get 9 stacks from point 1. || Both the debuff, and the buff you get for cleansing the debuff, stays for 2 turns. Optimal buff stacking requires you to cleanse every single turn, updating the 2 turns duration of the buff and stack the effect. The boss does this AoE 3 times the whole fight, if you get all your units hit, it is possible to stack the buff to 5 units x 3 times = 15 stacks (could be more if you have additional units like Ppsh's warden, Andoris's turrets, Nikketa's dog), which 15 stacks equals to 75% crit damage, which is HUGE

#

I would want to defend ice team (mostly because WA2000 is my waifu), but truth is, if cannot compare the damage with current Corro team, Hydro team or Fire team

Ice team and Elec team is missing a Hyper carry, who can do I lot of damage. Fire has QH QJ, Hydro has VSK and Springfield, and Corro just 416

#

Wa2000 can do decent damage, but you cannot really compare her with those above mentioned characters

Honestly, just make sure you slot in sustain so your people don’t die, and also slot in dispel to make sure the boss doesn’t stack the dmg down buff super high, then you can just let your rental Nikketa do all the heavy lifting

okay so guys I have an announcement to make

So as you all can probably tell, our platoon is not doing good, people are leaving / stop playing, and almost no new player is joining us

#

I am thinking to have our platoon merged with other communities

#

that way, we can actually have people join us from the larger communities and and have them "promote" us to the outside world

#

but as a "draw back", we might get rules forced on us (for example, mandatory manual gunsmoke, mandatory 3rd hit etc)

#

please let me know how you guys think, this is my attempt to get us back to 5%

BIIIIIIG Announcement to make

Discussion about the merger is now at the state of fruition
We will be officially merging with Cafe Frontline Alliance. Their flagship platoon Cafe Frontline scored 3rd just this last season.

To keep up with their naming trend, we will be renaming to BOSS Frontline. Basically they took the word Coffee from our former name Hans's Coffee and related that to the Coffee brand BOSS. So this will be our new name and new identity now. The platoon itself will stay the same, we keep our rewards, our progress and what not. As we are moving our whole platoon, there is no need to leave and rejoin or whatever. Simply just rename and done.

As for rules, we get to keep our old rules and will be unchanged. Just to make sure I will recite the here once again to avoid confusion:

Mandatory Dailies to keep up with platoon progress
Mandatory 2 hits on GSFL, Lvl 60 MUST do boss battle. Auto is not recommended but acceptable
3 strike rule still applies, any 3 strikes from PER missing daily or PER missing ticket will be up to the "chopping block"
3 hits on GSFL is not mandatory as you can see. However we have been fallen behind in terms of platoon exp progress for about 2 month or so due to our low player count and people not using their tickets. If you can do 3 hits a day on GSFL to help close the gap and to "take back" the precious lost progress, that will be VERY VERY much appreciated.

I know a lot of us his lost enthusiasm to do GSFL, dailies or even to login due to the downward trend we were having, but since we will from now on be part of an alliance, we need to keep up our standards like we used to. The good old attendance spreadsheet of mine will be revived and I will start tracking dailies and GSFL runs again.

Cafe Frontline also has their own community discord server. Strongly recommended to join this server so the other members within the alliance will get to know you and also to ensure a way of communication to be established. I am not allowed to post the channel's invite link here so please just type this on your browser discord(dot)gg/cafefrontline and replace the (dot) with an actual dot, follow the instruction of the verify channel and make sure to type in that you are a "merger member from Hans Coffee" (just copy that if you have to)

It is fairly important to join their server so they can keep a good head count and to occasionally shuffle the members in between sub-divisions within the alliance. You really only really need to join the server and make sure the leaders have you on their head count and that's enough. If you feel like it, then you can also chill in that server, of course!

BOSS Frontline will be a more casual platoon of their whole alliance for now but eventually if we continue to strive, we will be looking to "move up the ranks". Existing players, that means you guys, may move up and down between the different divisions/platoon shall they wish to move to more/less competitive environment.
