u can see them in notepad++ if u turn on all symbols under utf8 encoding but need to write a script to go through these files easily to split the ids and the text into tables and then can replace easily

there is a mechanic where you get extra damage when you dispell a certain debuff from the boss, you need 2 dispellers because of skill CD and the first one would be springfield

so its either Centi or suomi
