This boss is a buff/debuff fest: 1) this skill is self-buff from the boss, dispell it and you get a perma 15% dmg buff that stacks.

2. this is the atk comes with the warning. After the atk the boss gets a debuff according to how much HP the target has: 65% HP then 30% more damage received, all the way to 95% HP > 45% dmg received. Suomi is the best, next best well anyone who has a damage reduction key.

Correct Wawa should not have bossing key as it prevents boss from having ice debuff and this works against dps if you have ksvk signature
