#Can't get Nostilla and Abberation

I have the same issue. According to the reply I got, the problem with the app is more widespread and persistent than they thought, and they were asking for my continued patience. I wonder if at this point it'd be easier to just e-mail the coupon codes to those of us who still have issues with the app. But I don't know how many of us there are, so dunno whether that'd be logistically viable.

Afternoon all. This issue is still under investigation by the app developer. While that’s happening in the background, please double check and make sure your app is up to date and running the latest version. You can always attempt a reinstall/relogin again if you have an update pending. The team is keeping a list of affected users, and no one has been forgotten.
I appreciate the update. I'm not clear on why SFG can't manually fulfill these pending model orders. We haven't been given any ETA, and waiting with no end in sight feels very bad.
Since we've already paid, could we have the models sent out now and fix the app later?

So there’s multiple elements to the answer, in no particular order:

all of the key information to get the model sent is in the app; that’s part of its function, and,

it’s linked to the subscription so it will place the order automatically once fixed, resulting in people receiving the model twice, which is tied to,

it wasn’t purchased directly; but is a subscription bonus.

Just an FYI - I was able to claim my model by using a different device and updating the app. Everyone should give that a try.
I gave that a try. Didn't work. Still getting the same "this is for annual subscribers only" message. And not everyone has spare mobile devices, anyway.
Not sure if it'll work, but there's a PC version as well.
Unfortunately the PC version doesn't have the subscriber gift feature at all, probably because it's not directly connected to the app store.
I'm also having the issue (android).
I have done all the steps, tried a reinstall. Over a month since I subscribed.
A month has passed since the last reply. Would you be able to reach someone involved with the app for an update regarding this issue?

I have tried a different android device with no luck.
I eventually managed to get the code by downloading a fresh desktop app from SFG's website and logging into that.
