I made an order on Friday and immediately wrote to customer service to cancel it (because I forgot to add one item). Still no response, although the order was already sent today. What should I do now? Bad customer service, with a slow response. Is there anyone here who can help?

Support doesn’t operate on the weekend; once it’s sent there’s not much else to do. So you wanted everything you ordered, and just forgot to add something and you didn’t want to pay shipping for the other item?
