Need clarification on Kill Order.

Savararyn Activates. Targets a model in his LoS. Does this model need to be within the Range 10? Or is the Range 10 an un-necessary reference to the abilities' bubble of 10"?

The targeted model must be in range, or 10", at the time Kill Order is used.

If the targeted model is a trooper and is in range, its entire unit is affected.

Forces Savaryn to stay within 10" of the target if the rest of the army wants the bonus. Can't move up and then repo away or something.

The target only needs to be within 10" when Kill Order is used.

After that, only friendly warrior models need to be within 10" to benefit.

within 10" of Savaryn. There's two range 10 effects going on here.
1st, SAvaryn tags an enemy that is within 10" of him, they are now tagged with the Kill Order.
2nd, friendly models within 10" of Savaryn get +2 to hit and damage against the tagged model.

Basically Savaryn tags an enemy and then generates an aura around __himself __that gives bonus to warrior models.
